Senior Solution Consultant - Agile Project Engineer
Location: Nationwide
Provide
highest level of technical interaction, project management,
implementation services, and pre and post sales technical
support to Domain Systems’ Agile customer base
and sales force. Solution Consultant will be the technical
project leader, and will have the responsibility for
completing the development and deployment of a Production-worthy
system on-time and within budget. Build and strengthen
relationship with customers through effective project
management and implementation planning. Provide clients
with solutions to meet there overall business goals.
Understand the complexity of specific vertical markets
and be able to map those needs into solutions. Provide
business process reengineering (BPR) and strategic value
assessments (SVA) as required. Ideal candidate has experience
in BPA.
Provide
guidance on product usage and best practice. Provide
mentoring and support for junior consultants. Contribute
to the improvement of procedures and processes within
Professional Service Organization. Ideal candidates
have a passion for continued learning and evolving challenges
and receive great job satisfaction from solving problems
and helping others to succeed.
Required
Skills:
Requires professionalism, excellent verbal and written
communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
plus strong time management ability. Requires strong
analytical skills and knowledge of software and system
design methodologies. This includes being able to develop
functional design specifications and project plans.
Minimum two years experience with Agile. Experience
implementing PLM solutions at large-scale enterprise
customers is ideal, but not required. In depth knowledge
of TCP/IP networking, HTTP, HTTPS Programming (PL/SQL).
Experience with Windows environments such as Windows
2000, NT, XP, and 98. Familiarity with Database Management
and Administration (e.g. Oracle 8.X and 9.X)
Preferred
Skills:
Windows NT, Linux or UNIX System Administration. An
understanding of ERP Systems (such as Oracle, MFG Pro,
SAP, BAAN). Prior experience with Agile Applications
Suite. B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
or Mathematics, plus 5 years' experience. Document Control
Processes, Change Management, Procedures experience.
Supply Chain Management and/or Resource/Manufacturing
Management experience.
