Domain Systems’ Universal Batch Update Adaptor is for customers who need to transfer information from any external system into Agile but do not want to customize and maintain an interface for a specific external system.

The Universal Adaptor processes files from the external system then updates Agile with critical item information such as ERP cost information, product lines, and/or other related system data.

It uses the latest Agile SDK technology which helps to ensure future compatibility.

The Universal Adaptor has no run-time user interface and runs in batch mode.  It updates existing item master records or creates new items in Agile depending on user-configured options.

The Universal Adaptor runs on an Agile server and is built around the Agile SDK/MFC technology. The Universal Adaptor works with any external system (ERP, CAD, etc.) as long as the system can produce a text delimited extract file.

Additional T&M Services may be required for configuration depending on requirements.

Allows users to perform simple searches or put in a document number and browse a table of attachments filtered by type (PDF or example).  Used on Shop Floor.

Easier more detailed view to aid in the analysis of the product structure's compliance or lack there of. 

BOM Compliance Report (Web based) provides a single, concise view of a product's substance-level compliance.  The report provides an exploded view of a product structure, including all BOM levels, indicating substance compliance for each component part and rolling it up to each higher level assembly.  It enhances the capabilities of the Agile PG&C product by providing a complete view of the product structure and each part's compliance for each specified substance. 

 Though the report is not specification specific, it is based on the China RoHS X-O report template. 

For a Non-Compliant top level assembly, the Agile Customer might simply indicate a non-compliance against a RoHS specification, requiring a user to drill down in the BOM to find the part or parts that are specifically non-compliant.  The out-of-the-box BOM compliance report will indicate the particular part or parts that are non-compliant, but the user must then interrogate the part to determine which substance resulted in the non-compliance.  Domain Systems' BOM Compliance report will indicate that the top level component is non compliant due to a specific substance AND a single glance within the BOM will identify the part(s) and for what substances are non compliant.  This single view will allow a compliance manager to quickly focus on non-compliant parts.

Web-based application that provides a convenient front-end for executing a SQL query to identify manufacturer parts related to more than one Customer part. 

The data retrieved from Agile by the AML report includes all manufacturing parts with AML relationships to more than one active CUSTOMER part and include the following data fields:

The Inventor CAD disassembly tool is needed to process existing Inventor CAD models in order to determine each models component assemblies and parts.  This information is required so that a bulk data load of Inventor CAD files to Agile 9.3.x can be accomplished.

Primary tool features:

• Analyze CAD models to obtain  information on component assemblies and parts and model structural information
• Export all model information in an output file or files in a format to be used with the Agile data loader.

Prerequisites

• ipt, iam, ipn, and idw files are handled by the disassembly  tool
• The dis-assembly tool will traverse a Windows file structure to find and analyze Inventor 2010 CAD models.  Sub-folders are allowed.

A web application that will generate a component usage report for Agile users.  The web application takes input from the user, formulates a report with data based on Agile BOMs, and return a Microsoft Excel file to the user.  The user is prompted by their web browser to open or save the Excel file, depending on browser settings.

Extracts file attachments from client's Agile system, based on CSV input, marks it with the appropriate header and footer, and sends the result to a predefined print queue.

Utilizes a custom-developed Java application with the Agile SDK to retrieve the files from Agile along with the necessary metadata. The files are exported to a working directory and passed to Oracle AutoVue one at a time to be opened and printed with the required headers and footers.

The utility is expected to be used primarily as an off-hours batch processing tool; therefore, requires no user interface and instead configurations are file based and the utility permits single-command launches to facilitate execution from a scheduler.

SDK based report that exports Agile BOM information to a CSV (comma seperated value) output file for use in customer business processes.
