Managed Services Sales Representative

Brief Job Description:

Domain Systems is looking for a motivated, self-starter with a background in managed services sales, marketing, and/or job recruiting/headhunting.  

Applicants should be comfortable speaking with potential customers and potential job applicants daily. As a Managed Services Sales Representative (MSSR), the position has two primary objectives:  

 

  1. Identifying buyers who need to supplement their IT environment with skilled professionals. 
  2. Once buyers’ needs are identified, MSSRs will match needs with PLM/IT expert(s).

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for all areas of technical and professional recruiting.
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining a quality candidate experience.
  • Screening and interviewing applicants.
  • Develop, implement and maintain staffing levels.
  • Proactively identify top level technical talent through aggressive sourcing.
  • Identify/evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with Hiring Managers’ requirements.
  • Finds and partners with Hiring Managers to define the positions and clearly understand needs of the team and how it contributes to the organization.
  • Outlines expectations for the process and selects the best qualified candidate for the position.
  • Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting “best practices”.
  • Finds active and passive candidates using proactive sourcing methods, social networking to find top candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Fosters relationships with active and passive candidates.
  • Manages offer process and overcomes typical objections including salary, career growth, counter offers and gains candidate’s commitment.
 



SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong Technical recruiting a must
  • Leadership qualities and proven track record
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office and expert internet knowledge.
  • 3-5 years in a Technical recruiter role preferred
  • Ability to work with Hiring managers, maintain long term sales relationships
