A project kick-off meeting is held where the Domain Systems consultant(s) meet with the customer project team to discuss the key project elements as described above.


Following kick-off, Domain Systems works with the customer to assess their business and technical requirements. After gathering data, Domain Systems will examine and report to the customer the results of the findings and make recommendations that most align.

System Requirements Building

Key business areas will be interviewed to identify business challenges and the constraints the company is working within. Timeframes will vary based on preparedness and size of each customer. Domain will take the company's business goals to set metrics for areas of improvement prior selection.

RFP Preparation and Distribution

Based on requirements, Domain will provide recommendations on the PLM best fit for your company, then submit RFPs for both software and services to agreed upon vendors.

Vendor Response Evaluation

Each vendor will be weighted by their response to requirements and pricing.

Demonstration

Domain will arrange and contribute during your demonstrations

Vendor Negotiations

Once your company has chosen a software OEM, Domain will consult you through the negotiations for both software and services.

Deployment

Domain will arrange the teams and support the planning process prior to kickoff. In addition, lay out future road mapping for your additional phases.
